Sol Viegas Yoga Studio is located in a residential area between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobor resorts, 20 minutes from Faro Airport, in the Algarve, Portugal. The Studio, fully equipped for Iyengar Yoga classes, has the capacity for 30 students.
THE STUDIO
It has 2 changing rooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a massage and control room and a social area, where an infusion/hot tea awaits you at the end of each class.
It also has a large practice room, garden access, a view of the woods and pool, creating a very special and relaxing atmosphere.
The walls of the room are covered with Portuguese cork – a natural element – which contributes to temperature regulation, isolation from moisture and sound. This detail gives extra comfort for our practice, especially in Winter.
Among the equipment available there are rugs, blankets, foam boards, Easel (wooden horse), ropes, blocks, “Viparita Karani” benches, “Setubandha Sarvangasana” and “Halasana” benches, Yoga chairs, bandages, mats and more.
